Facilitators are trained to work and have fun with our wireless headphones and simple equipment to facilitate and run all aspects of Party Higher’s extensive range of Silent Disco events. These events include school incursions, school holiday programs, school fetes, kids birthday parties, festivals, corporate and charity events, shopping centres, and more.
Actors, music theatre performers, dancers, school teachers, relief teachers, childcare workers and students studying P.E. or performing arts. Essentially, anyone with a friendly, bubbly, happy, and energetic disposition.
As you will be “The Face” of Party Higher, we require you to be well-presented in your attire as well as your attitude! We supply you with our branded T-shirt and cap. You can wear black long pants/shorts and clean runners/sneakers (black/white) and minimal accessories.
We email you an invitation to a job, just like Uber! You either accept or decline based on your availability. We are busiest on weekends and during school holidays.
$45 an hour (inclusive of superannuation) for a minimum 3-hour shift applies to facilitating events at a customer’s location (home, hired hall, school, park, etc.). So, if your event runs for 1.5 hours you get paid for 3! Where travel fees may apply and be applicable to the client, you may be paid a travel fee on top of your rate.
$45 an hour (inclusive of superannuation) with a minimum of a 3-hour shift also applies for facilitating parties at the venue in Moorabbin (Melbourne). (Kids’ birthday parties run for 1.5 – 2 hours)
Venue staff at Moorabbin such as, manning an activity station, making fairy floss, bussing, pouring slushies, and general venue staff, is $35 an hour (inclusive of superannuation) with a minimum of 3 hours.
